Affiliates | Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. ● One Capital Solutions, LLC is affiliated with One Capital Lending. and this privacy policy applies to all programs, products or services offered by the companies. |
Non-Affiliates | Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. ● Non-affiliates we share with can include service providers and direct marketing companies. |
Joint Marketing | A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. ● Non-affiliates we may jointly market with include financial institutions, service providers and direct marketing companies State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. We will comply with applicable state laws with respect to our use of your information. So long as we are providing you with services under your Agreement with One Capital Solutions, we will provide the Privacy Policy to you at least annually. California Residents: We will not share your personal information with non-affiliated third parties for their marketing purposes without your affirmative consent. Except as permitted by law, we will not share your personal information with our affiliates or joint marketing partners without first giving you additional privacy choices. Nevada Residents: If you prefer not to receive marketing calls from us, you may be placed on our Do Not Call List by calling (800) 282-7186. This notice is provided pursuant to Nevada law.
